Welcome to Captain Molly’s Iron Crew! I’m Captain Kimberley Wolfe, and I’m a gunnery instructor for FABOLC. I wanted to start this group because I am passionate about fitness, and wanted to help young women who were new to the organization meet the physical demands of the Field Artillery branch, as well as connect with other women with similar goals. The scope expanded as more women showed interest in having a group like this, so I hope this group will help you find a gym partner, maybe some ideas for workouts, motivation, support, whatever you need to become empowered in your strength and fitness journey. M: Legs/maybe core
T: Back/Biceps
W: Legs/core
Th: Chest/triceps/a little forearm work
F: Maaaaybe more legs? Shoulders?
S: Whatever I feel up to lol
Su: Rest
I usually go to Fires, if you ever want to go with me just let me know! If you’re getting a lift in at Bay 70 (BOLC gym) and want me to pop in, I can meet you any time Tue, Wed, and/or Fri. I am mostly strength focused and willing to help with ACFT/ FABOLC physical tasks like the round carry

I have a permanent profile for my hip and focus on strengthening and staying active wit

When we hear permanent profile many think it’s the end of most physical activities (ie lifting and staying in overall shape) but I hope I can help show that you’re able to meet your goals still and stay healthy while within your limits!
